Fitness Committee Training in the Park

Join the Fitness Committee for an outdoor workout in the park.
Peter Bushcar, certified personal trainer, will be showing us the best exercises to do for a full body workout that you can do at home or at the gym!
He will teach us the accurate way to complete the exercises to get the most out of our workouts. 
Join us outside at Hodges Park at 3:30 to learn more about getting fit the right way! Please bring hand weights and a mat with you. Class will run approx. 45 mins. Space is limited.
