CrossFit is a general strength and conditioning program that uses constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity.
CrossFit is scalable to all fitness levels and physical capabilities. There is a max capacity of 25 people, so register now! Workout gear & workout shoes required. We recommend bringing water and a towel.
